Charlie has over 20 years of people and project management experience serving as a strategist, facilitator, or functional specialist. Helping businesses strategize over what area of town they should establish an office to attract workforce candidates. He has over 16 years of experience in the workforce arena in the San Antonio and Texas. Charlie works with area businesses in recruitment and screening of candidates, providing information on tax incentive programs, labor market information, and all services can be customized to meet the need of area businesses. Over the past ten years, he has provided an unparalleled energy in exceeding the objectives established for the development of San Antonio’s worker profile while seeking a viable and fully employed C. He has extensive knowledge of relative regulations in the Human Resources arena.
