This site is dedicated to all things UTSA Football, Baseball, and Basketball which is also part of the Rivals Network! Javi's passion for UTSA sports started at his time at UTSA after attending the inaugural football game at the programs inception. He began writing for this publication while he was a student, covering the baseball team initially, then basketball extensively, followed by an opportunity to be the direct correspondence for the football program. He was provided and opportunity to take over the site as owner/publisher in 2017. BirdsUp.com provides UTSA Roadrunner fans with the most current updates, analysis, data, and feeds for those who want to be "in the know" as it happens! We speak about his career as a Residential Construction Procurement Agent with the Pulte Group, while also maintaining his passion with BirdsUp.com, and how the two different industries (which is not exactly in the wheelhouse of his degree) have created a network to grow in both.
