S2E12: Morgan's Inclusion Initiative, Chief Development Officer - Brooke Kearney c/o 2007

Since obtaining her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2007, Brooke Kearney has poured her time and talents into serving individuals with disabilities and special needs. In 2012, she obtained a Master's Degree in Health Education from Kaplan University, which allowed her to take her skills to the next level. Currently, she is the Chief Mission Officer at Morgan's Inclusion Initiative - the nonprofit organization created to coordinate fundraising, planning, and communication among all associated entities and to serve as a catalyst for other inclusion-centric initiatives - where she oversees mission advancement, development, and community relationships. The flagship organization supported by Morgan’s Inclusion Initiative is Morgan’s Wonderland- the world's first Ultra-Accessible™ theme park. Prior to starting at Morgan's Wonderland in December of 2019, Brooke worked at The Arc of San Antonio and The Down Syndrome Association of South Texas. During her time at The Arc, Brooke's vast array of skills allowed her to advance into the role of Director of CSCM (Community Services Case Management) and Community Education, where she oversaw a vibrant Case Management program serving over 240 children per year. Her experience then led her to The Down Syndrome Association of South Texas as the Executive Director. She took pride in serving over 1,200 people with Down syndrome and their families in the region. In 2017-2018, Brooke was honored to be an Andeavor Leadership Fellow through the San Antonio Area Foundation (Now Marathon). Brooke was also inducted into the Rotary Club of San Antonio and U40 Class. Brooke's dedication to serving the San Antonio Community is one of her greatest passions and strengths.
